2. Service

Câlin Bohème guarantees home delivery of quality products. The satisfaction of our customers is our first priority and we want to provide you with impeccable service. You can contact our customer service at any time via the Contact page. The products are made by hand, in an artisanal way. Câlin Bohème works to order, nothing is prepared in advance. Any customization requested, after having been paid, will not be taken into account. Each change or addition will be invoiced with supplement according to the requests.

3. Acceptance of Terms

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the conditions of sale and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. Câlin Bohème reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time and without notice, with immediate application of the new ones.

4. Warranties

Items covered by a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the article justified by the email of confirmation of sending which we ask you to keep carefully. Damage due to improper maintenance or non-compliance with the operating instructions is not covered.

Safety: All products meet the requirements of the European standard DIN EN 71-3 and comply with the Swiss legislation in force and the standards applicable in Switzerland. Câlin Bohème expressly points out that the items are unmanageable; and only after complete assembly, they can be used: pacifier clips, teething rings, bracelets, carrying or breastfeeding necklaces under the responsibility of the parents. Teething accessories are guaranteed for 90 days in the event of breakage. 5. Image rights

The photographs illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field, they are simply presentation suggestions. If errors are introduced, under no circumstances can Câlin Bohème be held liable. All photo rights are reserved. No reproduction or publication of photographs is permitted, except with written permission from us. The display of colors on the screen not always being faithful, Câlin Bohème does not guarantee that the color of the products corresponds exactly to the color displayed on the screen.

6. Terms of order

Any online order is deemed final once the customer has clicked on the confirmation button. The "click" of the buyer under the purchase order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. The information given by the buyer, when taking the order, commits him: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.

7. Price

Prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) in Switzerland 8all taxes included) and in euros (€) in the European Union (excluding VAT) excluding participation in processing and shipping costs. Câlin Bohème is subject to VAT. The prices can be modified at any time without notice, the articles being invoiced on the basis of the existing tariff on the day of the registration of the order.

8. Accepted Payment Methods and Payment Terms

By credit card :
Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards via Stripe. The payment process is managed by Stripe and completely secure. All online payments made with a credit card are made on a secure server. The information concerned (such as, for example, the number and expiry date of the credit card) is encrypted during transmission over the Internet and is in no case sent or stored by Câlin Bohème. The purchase price is immediately debited upon confirmation of the order.

By TWINT:
You pay in seconds with the smartphone via QR code. Open the app TWINT and point the camera at the QR code displayed in the online store. Or enter the shortcode in the app TWINT which is displayed in the webshop or in the app.

By bank transfer / prepayment:
The customer agrees to transfer the amount within 7 days of taking the order. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment according to the terms of delivery. No transaction fees are applied.

9. Delivery

Shipping costs are offered:

  • For Switzerland (Mail A without follow-up)
  • For Europe (Economy Mail without tracking)

The delivery costs are indicated at the end of the online order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated on a flat-rate basis depending on the place of delivery. For deliveries we use Swiss Post. An e-mail is automatically sent to the customer to confirm the order taking provided that the e-mail address indicated in the registration form does not contain an error.

The customer can choose when ordering the delivery method with or without tracking (tracking code). For any order made without follow-up and in the event of loss by the Post Office, Câlin Bohème cannot be held responsible and does not guarantee the full refund of your order. However, depending on the case, Câlin Bohème reserves the right to make a commercial gesture or none. The customer must verify the completeness and conformity of the information he provides when registering on the Câlin Bohème website. The latter cannot be held responsible for input errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error.

In case of sending abroad, the mode of delivery exclusively with follow-up (tracking code) and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is solely responsible for all the steps necessary to import the goods into his territory in accordance with the law in force. He certifies to be of legal age, to have the right and the power to order the goods. He also guarantees that he has inquired beforehand and has ensured that the order does not violate any provision of the law in force in the country of delivery or domicile and that all the information provided is accurate. Under certain conditions, we may ask you for a supplement for transport. In this case, you will be informed by email of the amount of the delivery costs. You will then have the possibility to modify or cancel your order.

Completion deadlines

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 10 days of receipt of payment. 

In case of out of stock, Câlin Bohème informs the customer and endeavors to deliver within a reasonable period of 1 to 3 weeks.

These deadlines are expressed from the effective receipt of the payment. Our obligation to deliver is void where we are not delivered correctly or on time despite the existence of a conforming and adequate covering market and where we are not responsible for the unavailability of the goods, which we have immediately informed you of. and that we have not assumed any supply risk. In the event of unavailability of the goods, we will immediately refund any advance payment already made.

10. Guarantee of right of return

The customer has a right of return within 14 days of the arrival of the goods at his home. If the customer is not completely satisfied, he has the possibility of returning at his own expense the goods in perfect condition in their original packaging within 14 days via an insured and traceable return service following receipt of the goods. The product may be refunded or replaced by a voucher for the equivalent value of the product in the form of a promo code to be used for any order on the website www.calinboheme.ch in order to satisfy the buyer.

For items with personalization: Any personalized product is neither exchangeable nor refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.

In the event of return by mail not followed, and lost by the service of the Post office, no refunding will be carried out.

11. Responsibilities

Câlin Bohème cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which may result from the misuse of the products marketed. The liability of Câlin Bohème will be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products as well as on their labels. The products offered comply with the Swiss legislation in force and with the standards applicable in Switzerland. Câlin Bohème cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is up to the customer to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products you plan to order. Regarding cosmetic products, the properties, indications and methods of use of the product sheets are taken from reference works or websites in aromatherapy, hydrotherapy and phytotherapy. 12. Disputes

These general conditions are subject to Swiss law and particularly to the Code of Obligations, which regulates aspects not expressly mentioned in these general conditions.
